We understand that claim time can be stressful, with so many other things to focus on. Fortunately, one of the advantages of dealing with a broker is that we work on behalf of the client, not the insurance companies, so we’re here to help you and your family navigate these difficult waters.

General Insurance Claims
  • Call us as soon as possible
  • Take photos of any loss or damage
  • Advise the police if there has been a crime (obtain a copy of the police report)
  • Make the appropriate arrangements to avoid any further damage
  • Liability Claims – If the event is relating to a third party advising of injury or property damage as a result of dealing with your business, ensure you take full details. You should not admit or discuss liability until you have spoken with your adviser.
  • Your adviser will contact your insurer and organize any documents that need to be completed.
  • Complete the claim form provided by our adviser (and incident report if applicable) and return back as soon as possible.
  • Remain patient, we will keep you updated throughout the claim process and are here to help answer any queries you may have.

  • Your adviser will contact your insurer and send out any documentation that needs to be completed.
  • Return completed documents as soon as possible
  • Take care of yourself, we will do our best to negotiate the best results possible.
